Hey there! I'm gardenrot, but you can call me Rot! I'm a self-taught artist based in the US. Here you can find my commission prices and examples! Terms of service

General Rules
1. Paypal only unless stated otherwise.
2. I do not do refunds unless I am unable to complete your commission or it has been longer than six months since I've taken your commission.
3. I can take up to several weeks to finish commissions as I work a lot and have low energy levels. However, I generally send updates when I can and reply fastest through discord!
4. On top of working full time, I also an AuDHD and have a slow process of drawing that includes many breaks so I don't get overwhelmed. Please be patient with me and don't be afraid to ask me for updates if I haven't already provided them!
5. I reserve the right to refuse a commission if I feel uncomfortable or that it's out of my comfort zone.
6. I will not accept commissions that do not come with a clear reference sheet. (This excludes customs)
7. Feel free to commission me for multiple things.
8. Do not claim my art as your own!
9. Super complex characters will cost extra, especially for smaller pieces like chibis or pixels.
10. As long as proper credit is given, you can use my art for what you want unless it involves making money off of it.
11. Please be aware that I will use your commission in order to promote myself and my art. If you are uncomfortable with the art I've done of your ocs being posted publicly, please let me know beforehand.
12. My art or designs cannot be used for any NFTs or AI products whatsoever.WILL DO

❥ Offensive content (including racist, homophobic or other content)Adopts, Customs, and Character Resales
❥ Do not add a T.O.S on top of the one I have for my designs! Any design created by me is to remain under my T.O.S.
❥ Please always credit either my Toyhouse or Twitter when uploading or using my designs.
❥ Sometimes I will use bases for adoptables, those bases will always be credited to the creator.
❥ I may use your adopt or custom to promote my commissions!
❥ You are welcome to resell adopts, customs, or ocs as long as you are not reselling them for more than you bought them for! This rule includes adding gift art into the price, though you may up the value if you have commissioned art or your own art of the character.
❥ That being said, do not add “emotional attachment” as a means to price-gouge a design you bought from me.
❥ If buying a character from me and it’s not my own design, make sure you check the original designer’s T.O.S to ensure you’re following it properly!
❥ Gifted designs may only be gifted or traded unless I give you permission to sell them.
❥ If you receive a design/character in an art or character trade from me, you may only trade the character, not sell them!
❥ Do not go behind my back to sell my designs to blacklisted users. If I find out you’re doing this, I will revoke your rights to the design and reclaim it after refunding you.
❥ You must come to me before selling a design or character you bought from me! There’s a good chance I’ll buy them back but if not, you are welcome to sell them to whoever.
❥ On base customs are completed quicker than custom lines!Blacklisted Users
